Request Help Center access

Do I already have access?

If you're a dentsu employee, or a dentsu.Connect or Merkury Explorer user, you can sign in to the Help Center with your existing credentials.

How to request access

  1. Navigate to dentsu.Connect.
  2. Click Sign in and then click Sign up.
  3. Enter your Full name and Email address. You will receive a confirmation email at the provided address.
  4. Click the Sign up button.
  5. Check the provided email address for a verification email. Click the link embedded in that email.
  6. Enter your name and a strong password for your Help Center account.
  7. Click the Set password button
  8. Sign in to Help Center.

Content permissions

Certain support content may not be accessible to all users.

If you believe you should be able to access specific application or service content but are unable to, please submit a support request.

Reset your password

For users not logging in via single sign-on (SSO), follow the password reset instructions below.  If you can't access the Help Center, request access.

  1. Go to help.dentsuconnect.com in a web browser.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Select Forgot password?
  4. Enter your Email and select Submit.
  5. Select the link in the Password Reset Email.
  6. Enter a new password and select Submit.
  7. Sign in.
